Privacy policy
This policy explains what Bazarmap (bazarmap.com) collects and why. Contact: [email protected].
What we store
- Account: nickname, password (only as a secure hash), optional e-mail, name shown to others, optional photo and "about you" text, language.
- Posts and comments you publish, with the point you set on the map. For personal types we store the exact point only for you and show others an approximate area.
- Messages you exchange with other users.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in, a visitor cookie, your theme and language, and security logs (IP address in a shortened form for rate limits and abuse prevention). Your country and approximate city come from our CDN, Cloudflare, to show posts near you.
- Payments are processed by Whop; we receive only the fact of payment, the amount and the product, never your card details.
Why
To run the service, show your posts to people nearby, deliver messages, prevent spam and abuse, and keep paid features active.
AI moderation
Every post, comment, profile text, photo and message is checked automatically by an AI model that runs on our own servers. Nothing is sent to third-party AI services.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Public posts are visible to everyone and may appear on other sites of our network. If you ask for it (a checkbox on the post form or in your account), a public post is also published on Bazeta.com. Search engines may index public posts of non-personal types.
Retention and deletion
Posts expire automatically; photos of ended posts are deleted after 30 days. You can delete any post, or your whole account, at any time in "Account → Delete my account": your profile, posts, comments and messages are removed at once.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing — write to [email protected]. If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for people under 16. The dating type is only for adults (18+).
