Terms of use

By using Bazarmap (bazarmap.com) you agree to these terms and to the rules.

1. The service. Bazarmap lets people publish short posts on a map and talk to each other. We do not sell, buy or deliver anything and we are not a party to deals between users.
2. Your account. You must be at least 16 (18 for the dating type). Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is posted from your account.
3. Your content. You keep the rights to what you post and allow us to show it on the sites and apps of our network, and — if you choose — on Bazeta.com. You confirm you have the right to publish it.
4. Moderation. Our AI may refuse, hide or remove content and restrict accounts that break the rules, without prior notice.
5. Paid features. Premium, promotion and business plans are digital services, paid through Whop. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time in your Whop account. Promotions start at payment and cannot be paused. If a paid feature does not work because of us, write to [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.
6. Places data. Map places come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and may be incomplete.
7. No warranty. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for deals, meetings or losses between users.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date below shows the last change.
